Loan Processing

Pam's team turns a gathered file into a booked loan. What to do: verify every document, build the package in the core, then cure it against the 'cured & ready' checklist — DTI, LTV, insurance elections, title, breakdown of funds, and where rewritten-funds is captured — before it's sent for e-sign, booked, and funded. Pull model, not round-robin: processors aren't commission earners, so they pull the next file. The cure gate is Lenny's first real Playbook (Pam's validation rules).
